Christmas present for girlfriend

Bought the Richmond Felt Hat for my girlfriend for Christmas and it was perfect especially with the feather. She loved in and perfect for her outfit when we go horse racing or other days out.

The best customer service

I ordered my fedora on a Wednesday evening, panicking as I was going away Saturday and wanted it for my holiday and paid via Apple Pay. It didn’t allow me to change for next day delivery (Apple Pay issue). I rang up the following morning to see if I could pay extra to get the shipping upgraded and had such amazing customer service. They posted it out for me there and then and I received it the next day, in time for my holiday. Wonderful customer service going above and beyond. The product itself is perfect and looks wonderful on. Thank you so much.
